Adding Web (HTTP) Servers to be Notified Using the Web UI

To forward event notifications to a Web server, you first need to provide the Web server credentials to the appliance.

To add an HTTP server:

1. In the Web UI, open Settings > Notifications.

2. Select HTTP from the Notifications Settings tab.
3. Under View and add HTTP Servers, click Add HTTP Server.
4. Enter the following Web server information:
   • Server name
   • Account (optional)
   • Server URL
   • User
   • Password
5. Select Enabled.

6. Set the following HTTP Server conditions as appropriate:

   • Alerts Update Notification
   • Auth
   • SSL Enable
   • SSL Verify

7. Update the following Alert information as appropriate:

   • Notification
   • Delivery
   • Provider
   • Format
8. Click Add New HTTP Server.
