Using the Malware Analysis Web UI as a VNC Client

During malware submission, you can use the Malware Analysis Web UI as a VNC client to interact with a running virtual machine on the Malware Analysis appliance.

To launch the VNC client:

1. In the Web UI, click the Analysis tab.
2. Select the type of malware analysis job.
3. Assign a single URL, single file, or list of URLs for analysis.
4. Select the Enable VNC checkbox.
5. In the State/Status column, click the pop out icon () while the state of your analysis job is Running.
6. If there is more than one object in the malware submission, click the pop out icon to display a list of VNC ports. Then click the pop out icon next to the malware object you want to interact with to launch the VNC client.
